Brought a couple parts here to get painted for my GMC and they did an incredible job! Turnaround was super fast and the price was very fair not to mention the staff is absolutely awesome. The color is spot on and they didn’t even have to blend the paint into the surrounding panels. I’m so happy with how it all came out!

Excellent experience from beginning to end! I recently had work done here and was extremely impressed with the quality of service from start to finish. After my accident I was worried my car would never look the same, and they exceeded my expectations. My car honestly looks like it was never damaged and I could not be happier. The staff was personable, highly skilled, honest, and made the entire repair process smooth and easy. You can tell Daniel truly cares about his customers and takes pride in the work he and his employees do. It’s hard to find a shop that combines all of the good qualities you’re looking for! I start off with Sarah who is their estimator, front desk rep, customer service rep, etc.. She is an awesome employee, super helpful and with great personality. For her alone, this place gets 5 stars. As for the actual job on my car, they actually did a pretty good job too and when I asked for adjustments on the replaced door the day after, they got me in right away while I waited. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I had an excellent experience with 23 Mile Collision from start to finish. The entire team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with.

Sarah at the front desk was especially helpful—she made the whole process smooth and kept me informed every step of the way. Dealing with insurance companies can usually be a headache, but they handled everything seamlessly and took a lot of that stress off my plate.

My truck was turned around quicker than I expected, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The paint job looks fantastic—like nothing ever happened.

Took my car here after i hit a deer and was told it was all gonna look brand new, after 4 months of having my car with no calls or updates about anything which i had to call every week to at least get a “ we ordered a part it should be done soon” and that was every time i called even at the 2 month check. I had to call the shop when my car was done and they told me it got done but apparently they weren’t gonna call me telling me it was done. After i picked up my car i noticed that parts were missing and i still had chips and scratches on my car including dents and a headlight that was not replaced but the brackets were glued back on . All this was in the report that it was fixed but clearly it was not. I bought this new car and i trusted them to make it look new and i got nothing but disrespect since all they fixed was my hood it looked like. I would never recommend this place to anyone save yourself and take it somewhere else where they actually communicate with you and do their job. If i could leave a 0 star review i would .

I would recommend their business if you were involved in an auto accident! They even cleaned my entire car when it was just a door panel being replaced!

I’m happy to share this business with you. I had some serious scrapes after a little fender bender. I procrastinated about the repairs. Also had two dents that were not attractive and I wanted them gone. The thought of the repair and leaving my car overnight made me a little nervous but I’m so glad I did it. Dawn made the process so much easier than I expected and the charge was more than fair. I picked my car up today and I am very happy with the job! She looks like new. Thank you J and D. Great place to work with! They repaired my Gladiator after a collision and then after a deer strike. Both times the Gladiator came back in perfect condition. They even installed an aftermarket bumper for me! I have had no issues with their repairs and I have had it back just over 2 months. I would highly recommend them!

Came in for a deep scratch on the hood of my car. They gave me an estimate and I paid exactly what was quoted. Fit me in their schedule and got my car back on time as promised. It looks amazing! I stopped by to get an estimate based on word of mouth that this shop is excellent. Well I can say the customer service with every person I interacted with was outstanding. Sarah is very knowledgeable both in the office as well as the collision part of the business. She was able to provide a detailed estimate on how to repair my vehicle the right way! Nick was just as accommodating by evaluating the vehicle and actually offered to address a few blemishes on his own by telling me to drive the car into the shop. I will be recommending this collision shop to anyone that needs things done the right way by great folks that know their jobs as well as how to interact with a customer. This is rarely found nowadays and it was really refreshing to have experienced it!

Excellent customer service and follow through from 23 Collision!! This is the 3rd car I had to bring to their body shop, teenagers ugh lol. They always do an amazing job and ensure the car looks as good as new when finished. Very satisfied with the entire shop and very friendly front desk. I had an amazing experience from the start with 23 mile collision starting with talking with Sarah about my damage and what she could do. She was down to earth and talked to me like a human which was not the experience I got as a young woman at some other places. They did really great work for an amazing price and were there to answer questions when I needed and I never felt like a bother. They had my car slightly longer than expected but it was worth it to see the result. Highly recommend and will be telling others about my experience and telling people to come here

23 collision customer service was absolutely amazing. I am currently active duty military so my schedule gets a bit hectic at times, they understood and worked around my schedule. My truck looks as though nothing ever happened to it, it looks great. Mrs. Sarah who is the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful making sure that my wife and was taken care of. The owner son was also very nice and respectful hands down the best auto service I’ve had while living in Michigan.

Our car was rear-ended and we went to 23 Mile Collision for the first time. They took the car quickly and did a perfect job and within the time promised. We were given regular updates and the staff we dealt with were all very professional and always friendly. They also dealt with our insurance company without needing us to do it. They will be our collision shop from now on (hopefully not needed of course!).

I have gone here twice now. Both times have been amazing service. This last time I smashed the back side of my truck (my baby). They were super nice and had great communication with me. Also got the work done within the timeline given. I inspected my truck very closely and it looked perfect. Good as new as if it never happened. Couldn’t have thanked them enough. Hopefully I won’t need more collision work done but if I do, I will definitely be coming back here and would recommend to anyone to do the same.

My car was damaged on the passenger door and front quarter panel. It’s was returned back to me at a reasonable time and price. They did an amazing job!! They even cleaned the inside dash and vacuumed it. Very happy with the service
