This is rarely found nowadays and it was really refreshing to have experienced it!
Excellent customer service and follow through from 23 Collision!! This is the 3rd car I had to bring to their body shop, teenagers ugh lol. 23 collision customer service was absolutely amazing. I am currently active duty military so my schedule gets a bit hectic at times, they understood and worked around my schedule. My truck looks as though nothing ever happened to it, it looks great. Mrs. Sarah who is the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful making sure that my wife and was taken care of. The owner son was also very nice and respectful hands down the best auto service I’ve had while living in Michigan.
Our car was rear-ended and we went to 23 Mile Collision for the first time. They took the car quickly and did a perfect job and within the time promised. We were given regular updates and the staff we dealt with were all very professional and always friendly. They also dealt with our insurance company without needing us to do it. They will be our collision shop from now on (hopefully not needed of course!).
I have gone here twice now. Both times have been amazing service. This last time I smashed the back side of my truck (my baby). They were super nice and had great communication with me. Also got the work done within the timeline given. I inspected my truck very closely and it looked perfect. Good as new as if it never happened. Couldn’t have thanked them enough. Hopefully I won’t need more collision work done but if I do, I will definitely be coming back here and would recommend to anyone to do the same.
My car was damaged on the passenger door and front quarter panel. It’s was returned back to me at a reasonable time and price. They did an amazing job!! They even cleaned the inside dash and vacuumed it. Very happy with the service
